Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Store manager to join our team. The store manager will be responsible for providing exceptional team management and customer service but also driving sales in a retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have to be flexible on schedule, leave around or have easy access to Waikiki, knows perfectly how to use Square and ready to improve him/herself in multiple responsibilities.
Duties:
- Open and close the boutique
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide a personalized concierge type of service to customers
- Upsell products to customers based on their needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Manage the stocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor
- General shopping for the boutique
- Assist on email marketing and loyalty program on Square
- Co-Manage the employees schedule on wheniwork website
- Gross report once a week
Skills:
- Previous experience in store management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Proficiency in stock management and inventory control
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
