Our client is seeking a customer service oriented Service Parts Coordinator to join their team! In this position you will receive and enter part orders from domestic and international customers via telephone, email or fax and facilitate returned goods activity with paperwork and technical data.

The successful candidate MUST be able to:

• Read and interpret blueprints
• Read and understand assembly drawings, bills of materials, and product structures
• Have working knowledge of machine tools and industry parts, assemblies and part order systems

This employer offers:

• Full-time position paying $20.23 - $22.25/hr. (depending on experience)
• Day time schedule, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in ordering correct parts necessary for repair and maintenance of machines.
• Identifying part shortages and helping to expedite order fulfillment.
• Identifying and initiating drop shipping of parts from vendors.
• Generating proper paperwork to facilitate return of goods for credit, salvage, repair and inspection.

Additional Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• AAS Degree in a technical major preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Self-motivated, accurate & detail oriented.
• Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft office environment, Word, Excel, e-mail), internal network, and ERP System.
