Join our Albany team for a 30-month full-time role as an Expert Tester. Be a vital part of the ISTOP program, ensuring quality in a new web application for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Adhere to standards set by the Health Portfolio Quality Management Center and the Division of Nutrition Business Solutions Unit.
2. Develop test cases for each scenario outlined in the Release Management Plan, utilizing a test case template with clear steps, data requirements, and expected results.
3. Conduct reviews of test cases crafted by other team members.
4. Export test cases from EXCEL to HP ALM, establish links to requirements, and configure tests in the test lab.
5. Execute manual tests, record results, and create necessary test data.
6. Utilize SQL Oracle Developer to validate back-end data.
7. Prioritize and track defects using HP ALM, employing SQL queries as needed for investigation and validation of test results.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Conducts both automated and manual tests to ensure software meets user requirements.
2. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation for application teams.
3. Sequences procedures logically, understanding applications and/or technology views.
4. Expert with 84 months of experience, capable of guiding large teams and considered top in the field.
5. 84 months testing new web applications and defining test scenarios with business analysts and technical staff.
6. 60 months using HP ALM for tracking, verifying requirements coverage, and managing defects.
7. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from an accredited institution.

Hourly Rate: $30-$35
