We are seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to join our clients team. This great opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $25 - $28/hr. benefits like PTO, health, dental, 401K, profit sharing and more!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the following abilities in order to produce tight tolerance products:

• Prepare and operate CNC Lathes (Mazak & Mazak Integrex).
• Programming experience with Top Solid & “G” Code
• Ability to test run to verify machine will produce outputs according to programmed specifications
• Set-up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large lot sizes
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with print requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
• Prepare and load raw materials/parts onto the machines
• Make necessary adjustments to produce a better result
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Ability to communicate with co-workers
• Supervisor experience and ability to schedule CNC Lathe jobs are a plus
• Quoting and interaction with customers is a plus
