Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to creating a positive and memorable dining atmosphere.

Duties:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options

- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues

- Process payments and provide accurate change

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting up tables and replenishing supplies as needed

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and payment processing

- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe dining environment
