This position is responsible for performing daily specialized accounting tasks, including A/P coupled with review of subcontracts, A/R deposits and monthly statements, G/L entries, reconciling credit cards, SALT Compliance of Sales Taxes, reviewing accounts and maintaining contracts, along with administrative tasks working with the Service Billing Specialist and others within the company.

Qualifications include 5 years of hands-on experience with A/R, A/P, SALT Compliance of Sales Taxes and credit card & bank reconciliation. An Associates or Bachelors in Accounting is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and computer skills are essential to this position. Experience with ComputerEase and intermediate level of Excel is a plus.
