Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Healthcare Revenue Cycle & Data Analysis Consulting Manager might include:

• Providing market pricing analyses for hospital providers.
• Assisting clients with hospital price transparency compliance.
• Assisting clients with payer contracting analysis.
• Assisting team members with project templates.
• Assisting team members with data relating to revenue cycle projects.
• Developing data analytics to enhance revenue cycle projects.
• Providing onsite and remote revenue cycle assessment support for all types of healthcare providers.
• Assessing compliance of rules and regulations within the revenue cycle.
• Marketing services provided by self and cross-sell services offered by others within the Firm.
• Managing client relationships.
• Researching new and existing regulations and laws related to healthcare. 

Who You Are

• You are passionate about helping others and keeping up to date with ever-changing healthcare regulations.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• You have 7 years of Healthcare revenue cycle & data analysis experience.
• You have the desire to build your knowledge of terminology, policies and practices, and billing regulations of healthcare systems with an understanding of hospital pricing and facility and provider enrollment being a plus.
• You have the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• You have prior consulting experience.
• You are proficient in and have working knowledge of EHR programs.
• You are proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or other platforms.
• You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
• You enjoy multi-tasking and being able to coordinate a variety of activities to meet the needs of a client in a timely manner.
• You are excited about leading and developing innovative new analytic offerings for clients.
• You are able to periodically travel to client sites and conferences.

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $90,000-$140,000

Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
