Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules according to business needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience working with APIs and web services
- Familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMWare
- Understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
- Experience with PL/SQL for database querying and manipulation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred
