Compensation:

$90,000- $200,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales
  • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
  • Utilize Our Proven Sales Strategies: Learn and employ our time-tested processes and strategies to take your business to the next level
  • Leverage Our Existing Industry Partnerships to service buyers and sellers Today through continuous lead opportunities exclusive to our brokerage
  • Technological Mastery: Seamlessly navigate cutting-edge technological platforms to streamline operations and enhance customer experience
  • Collaborative Excellence: Engage in collaborative sessions and training with fellow high-production agents, sharing insights and expertise
  • Buying and Selling Expertise: Showcase your track record of success by skillfully assisting clients in the purchase and sale of real estate
  • Client-Centric Approach: Put your passion for assisting clients at the forefront, creating lasting relationships to generate referrals and build your network

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

  • California Real Estate License: Possession of a valid California real estate license is mandatory
