Job duties are, but not limited to:

• Provides routine daily nursing care and serves in accordance with the client's assessment and care plan
• Works throughout the client's home and nursing serves area
• Complete shift report with on-coming and going shifts
• Assist residents with their daily living activities
• Oral care

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• CNA certification through state of Michigan
• Experience in working in a long-term care setting preferred
• One year experience working in home health care preferred
• Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to build a positive rapport with our patients
• Must be compassionate and caring
