EGN Technical Resources is Hiring a Water supply team leader Near Waukesha, WI

You must have water supply engineering experience.

GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals

  • Be the primary point of contact on a variety of water projects throughout the region
  • Be a technical leader within the water supply team, helping team members connect with innovative technologies and treatment practices
  • Foster existing relationships with our water supply partner firms
  • Directly interact with the firm’s client managers and executives

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities :

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering (or a related degree)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively more responsible experience on a variety of water supply

projects, with at least 4 of those years in a project management and / or business development

role

Experience with various aspects of water supply engineering including planning studies, water

supply, water treatment & distribution design / permitting / construction (pipelines, storage

facilities, booster stations, iron & radium removal, PFAS, etc.)

Be team oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills,

have advanced problem solving abilities, be deadline oriented and be willing to have some fun

along the way
