You will be collaborating with the best in the business and get the chance to work on the design of some of the most exciting projects in Australia and internationally.The Inhabit Façade team is internationally distributed, and the team is location-independent, enabling access to projects across Australasia, Asia, US and Europe from any location. We uniquely work across all stages of the project lifecycle which means that we have a focus on real-world results rather than the hypothetical targets seen in other parts of the industry.This role includes:Carrying out design engineering for façade and build-ability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniquesPerforming detailed engineering computations and structural façade analysisProviding façade design advice and reporting to clients on buildings projectsBeing accountable for all façade documentation including calculations, drawings and specificationsReviewing contractor submissions; shop drawings and calculationsProject management and administrationAssist and support in preparing tender submissionsAttending inspections during construction, installation and fabrication as requiredBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients on projects and developing contacts within the façade industryQualificationsIf this interests you, we are looking for:Ideally, you will have 7 years’ experience in a similar role with a façade contractor or consultancy and are familiar with the relevant local codes and standards.
