Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and diligent Wholesale Nursery Laborer to assist in our daily nursery operations. The role requires physical labor tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, caring for plant materials, and performing general greenhouse duties. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization and a passion for plants.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, handling plant materials carefully.
• Maintain and nurture plant materials in the yard and greenhouse environments.
• Conduct regular plant care tasks such as watering, pruning, and ensuring plant health.
• Efficiently organize plant materials and accurately prepare customer orders.
• Perform general maintenance tasks in the greenhouse and other assigned duties.
• Safely operate heavy machinery, as required, with appropriate licenses.

Qualifications:

• Experience in plant identification, nursery management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must possess a valid MA Hoisting License.
• Capable of engaging in physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and operate equipment responsibly.
