Egan's Fitness is a coaching program dedicated to helping busy professionals achieve their health and wellness goals. With a focus on personalized training programs and expert guidance, we empower and educate our clients to reach their ultimate health and fitness goals.The Client Success Manager plays a crucial role in guiding our clients towards their health and fitness goals.This position is responsible for ensuring that clients receive personalized support, accountability, and motivation to achieve success. Your dedication to client success and accountability will be essential in fostering long-term relationships and achieving exceptional results. The Client Success Manager also collaborates with other departments to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience and maximizing retention.Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients by conducting thorough assessments and creating personalized plans for each.
  • Conduct goal-setting sessions with each client to establish clear objectives and action plans.
  • Hold clients accountable for tracking and reporting their progress through various metrics, such as weight, measurements, attendance and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, addressing any challenges or setbacks they may encounter.
  • Celebrate client milestones and transformations, recognizing their hard work and dedication.
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure alignment between client goals and training programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the client experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Flexible, innovative, and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client management, customer success, or a related role, with demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Professional appearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • Certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach (ACE, NASM, or equivalent certification).
  • Nutrition Certification (NASM, Precision Nutrition, Integrative Health, NCi or equivalent certification).
  • Proven experience in client management and goal achievement within the fitness industry.
  • Experience software platforms similar to Trainerize and Zen Planner.
