Facility Overview:

Sullivan Correctional Facility is a New York State maximum security prison correctional facility for male prisoners located in Fallsburg, New York. It is operated by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision.

Job duties:

Maintaining general medical inventory (including controlled substances); Conducting medication administration; reviewing the overall health conditions of youth (i.e. preparing, reviewing and evaluating nursing intervention plans); Ensuring that interventions are consistent with comprehensive treatment plans; Participating in staff trainings; Preparing required clinical and administrative reports; Maintain infection control standards; and, Serve as a member of the facility’s medical treatment team.

Qualifications:

RN Licensed and registered to practice nursing in New York State.

Shift Hours: 3x12hr shifts

8 openings for - 6am-6pm and every other weekend rotation

1 opening for 10am-10pm and every other weekend rotation,

1 opening for split schedule 6a-6p and 10am-10pm and every other weekend rotation

Note: holiday shifts and overtime may occur.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
