Position Summary:
The primary purpose of the inventory edit specialist position is to review the PDI store audits taken by the Field Inventory Control Specialists for accuracy. This role will also review the stores’ direct store delivery postings, price changes and transfers for accuracy as well as research and resolve inventory issues. In addition the position will assist the Retail Inventory Supervisor in the daily process of tracking and verification of the status and accuracy of the store audit results.
Responsibilities:
Working Relationships: This position will have contact with the Store Managers, Pricebook, Retail Accounting, Field Inventory Control Specialists and District Managers, Training Department in order to resolve and answer questions related to the inventory process.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum Education: HS Diploma or GED
Preferred Education: Associates in business or related
Minimum Experience: 1 year of office experience
Preferred Experience: 3 years of office experience, Working knowledge of PDI and good problem solving skills

Travel: No travel required
Hours & Conditions: Typically Monday – Friday, 8 hour days in office setting, at least 3 days a week in the office – no more than 2 days remote
Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
