Position Summary: Assist Facilities Support personnel with the processing of payments and assist with the management of seasonal and other programs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Dispatch of additional work related to seasonal and related programs
• Assist with the management of seasonal and other related programs 
• Process payments for permits and licenses 
• Manages vendor compliance with corporate risk/insurance policy related to programs 
• Daily review and cleanup of error reports 
• Research and respond to vendor inquiries 
• Assist with generating multi corp and other spreadsheet payment methods 
• Assist with the RFP process for seasonal and other programs 
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Working Relationships: Internal: Facilities Managers & Technicians, Store Managers & Operations Team, Construction Project Managers, Construction Warehouse team, Accounting Dept

Minimum Education: Associates degree in related field 

Preferred Education: Associates 

Minimum Experience: Proficient with Microsoft office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 

Preferred Experience: 1-2 years accounts payable, dispatch or other administrative related field 

Soft Skills: Ability to work well with teams, write and speak effectively, detail orientated 

Hours & Conditions: 8am - 4:30pm M-F 

Other: Excellent analytical and communication skills required.
