**Overview:**
We are seeking a experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, construction management, and possess strong leadership abilities. Our company specializes in municipal and non-profit buildings (e.g. Churches, Fire Stations, Schools) often creating tight timelines requiring detailed coordination and leadership.
**Duties:**
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring quality workmanship within set timelines
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Communicate with stake holders to ensure timely completion
- Handle submittal process end to end including supply chain management
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues promptly
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in project scheduling and time management
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
