Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Rogers, Arkansas
Position Type: Full-time, Hourly, 12 hr. Shift, 2-2-3 schedule (alternating weekends)

Job Overview:
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to work in our manufacturing facility. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring the efficient and safe production of goods. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and checks on equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance and maximize efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Assist with setup and changeover of production lines between product runs.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Familiarity with operating production machinery and equipment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
