Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated On-Call / Full Time Caregivers to join our team. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, companionship, and support to our clients on an as-needed basis. This role requires flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shift Schedule Open - Mon - Fri ( 8am-5pm ) and (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Escorting clients to appointments and social outings. ( only when needed )
• Adhering to care plans and ensuring clients' needs are met with compassion and respect.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
