Position Summary:
The main responsibility for this senior position is to operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video inspection equipment for residential and commercial customers. This role requires hands-on mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve drain issues and perform preventative maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle to, or between customer sites to perform job responsibilities.
• Operate hydro-jetting and CCTV video equipment and resolve issues.
• Inspects jetting equipment to ensure that it is working properly.
• Present a high degree of professionalism when on work site to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to trouble/emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Work Environment:

• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions and long hours.
• Must be comfortable working independently and interacting with customers.
• Must be able to lift 100lbs and operate equipment necessary for this position.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• A background in plumbing/drain cleaning/line repair preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including company policies and procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, maps, and road signs.
• Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy skills including email and internet skills.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 Years of Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
