A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

Your primary goal in dispatch services is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency. Maximizing time and efficiency, you work hard to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded. You spend your workday in the office on the phone or computer thriving in a fast-paced office environment. Your friendly disposition and dedication to exceptional customer care comes through in every interaction you have with both clients and crew! Through phone calls, you inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs. As an efficient dispatcher, you work hard to stay organized in order to not fall behind schedule. Your demeanor is friendly and capable as you converse with clients and dispatch calls to technicians. You leave work each day knowing you played a vital role in our company's success!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years customer service and/or HVAC dispatcher experience
  • Competent knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures related to dispatching
  • Great phone skills required!
  • Light Sales experience a plus
  • Strong grammar and writing skills
  • Capable of accurately using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • HVAC office experience a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan and Quickbooks is a plus!
