Job Description:
As an Efficiency Mechanical Service Technician you will perform preventative maintenance, service repairs and a quality customer experience for Residential and light Commercial clientele seeking solutions to their HVAC needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment including, but not limited to air conditioning and heating equipment.
- Effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies and meet commitments.
- Communicate effectively with Dispatch Coordinators, Leads, Peer Technicians, Sales Coordinators and with Vendors and Clients.
- Build strong customer relationships as well as knowledge and understanding of new and existing client needs/expectations.
- Attend technical and manufacturer training.
- Obtain additional licenses and certifications as appropriate.
- Ability to work limited on call rotation.

Basic Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (39 Month).
- Ability to pass drug test.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Preferred Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
- EPA License.
- Relevant technical training.
- Trade certifications (NATE, Master Heat Pump).
- Refrigeration/Medium temperature equipment experience.
