• Arrange room assignments for a residential population of approximately 500 students
• Oversee logistics and operations of various separate residences
• Hire and manage a staff of 4-10 Resident Advisors
• Enforce school rules and policies, manage and follow-up on student discipline issues
• Communicate issues with international sales offices (concerning logistics and student discipline)
• Be an influential leader and manager to a team: run meetings, develop agendas, drive improvement

• Successful candidates must have team leadership experience.
• Experience in the hospitality industry a strong plus.
• College Degree
• 2-3 years of operational and staff management experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Strict attention to detail
• An ability to think and react quickly to daily surprises
• Ability to meet long and short-term goals, ability to prioritize
• Good analytical skills and spatial planning skills
• A positive attitude, sense of humor, and empathy for others
• Comfort with a fast paced environment
• A strong willingness and desire to take charge during emergencies
• International experience preferred

Position is full-time and will require some weekend work at certain times of year. A second language is not a requirement but is helpful.
