• Compensation: First-year hires have an on-target earning potential of $60,000 (base salary starting at $45,000 and $15,000 bonus potential). In addition, there is uncapped bonus for exceeding sales goals. Around 3-6 months into the role, OTE will increase to $65,000, and OTE will increase to $90,000 once you hit senior status around the 2-year mark.
