We are hiring a new Warehouse Supervisor to manage our 2

shift from 11 : 00 am 8 : 00 pm. Come and be a part of the team!

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing and monitoring warehouse activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, order checking, and packing while ensuring continuous productivity, efficiency, and superior service to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision of all personnel to ensure daily goals are met.

Review work throughout the process and completion to ensure tasks have been performed properly.

• Supervise the receiving team and ensure goods are being received according to the SOP.
• Quote and schedule LTL and TL shipments.
• Create shipments through UPS and Fed Ex shipping solutions as required. Extreme detail to sales order instructions is a must to ensure proper shipping.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (such as warehouse workers, sales team, purchasing manager, etc.)
• Ensure a safe working environment and operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Oversight of shipping and receiving of 8-20 team members.
• Learn and use the order management software to organize and prioritize picking / shipping activities.
• Suggest and implement process improvements that will increase efficiency, productivity, safety, and quality while reducing costs.

What You Will Need to Bring

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Must have experience driving stand-up forklifts (test may be administered during interview).
• Knowledge of logistics operations and shipping procedures and documents.
• Technically proficient / computer literate skills required.
• Must have international shipping experience.
• Must be proficient with UPS WorldShip and Fed Ex Ship Manager.
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis in Excel.
• Able to learn systems, applications, and procedures quickly.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving.
