6S Program:

1. Support the deployment of 6S in their area.

2. Inspire team engagement in sustaining and improving 6S practices.

3. Act as a liaison between Frontline employees and the BEX team to identify improvement opportunities within the 6S program.

4. Foster team engagement in enhancing 6S scores.

Ideas Suggestion Program:

1. Train new Frontline employees on submitting ideas through the suggestion program.

2. Encourage employees to submit ideas and facilitate communication between Frontline employees and the core team to streamline the idea review process.

3. Participate in core team meetings for idea review.

4. Guide Frontline employees in implementing improvements through a partnership with the core team.

5. Encourage Frontline employees to formulate ideas they can implement independently.

6. Drive team engagement in implementing ideas from the suggestion program.

Training and development:

-Provide support in training and guidance to teams on continuous improvement methodologies.

-Increase the involvement of FLEs in continuous improvement events such as A3 and Kaizen in their respective areas.

-Provide support in training/refresher sessions for EPS principles and behaviors, as well as Lean foundation.

-Promote EPS behaviors.
