Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. This project manager will initiate, plan, execute, control and manage all aspects of projects to ensure ultimate project success within THV Marketing.

You'll make an impact by....
• Leading the execution and development of assigned product/program related training content and tools, including all aspects of education program delivery, while utilizing creativity and judgment to assure training tools are in compliance with Legal, Regulatory/Quality and AdvaMed requirements and achieving Edwards desired business goals:
• Collaborating cross-functionally on creation of product/program training content, implementation and sustaining product use issues
• Creating educational content and leverage content across multi-media tools to ensure clarity for regions where English is a second language
o Driving Edwards global product education program(s) to ensure proper utilization of products, and best procedural outcomes (Box, Procedural Videos, WebEx, On-Site training, etc.)
• Negotiating and developing appropriate vendor agreements
• Leading operations of product/program launch training activities globally - 25% travel
• Ensuring proper content is updated and available throughout product lifecycle related training
• Establishing and maintain good business relationships/partnerships with key KOL physicians and global regional prof Ed teams
• Provide complex ad hoc analysis and projects on sustaining engineering product modifications and complaint issues
• Measure effectiveness of educational tools, resources and programs through conduct post-meeting survey instruments, focus groups, and other market research and provide monthly analytics.
• Driving and leading the implementation of process improvement for operational efficiency
What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5 years experience related experience required

Master's Degree or equivalent with 3 year related experience

Be onsite at our Irvine, CA Headquarters

Ability to Travel 25% or more

• Must be able to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales managers
• Develop the ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on assigned projects
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).
