The Field Support Specialist role assists the local sales teams with Critical Care product implementation in hospital operating rooms and intensive care units. The Field Support Specialist will provide product support through on-site customer training and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a mission driven self-starter, who demonstrates exemplary service to customers and can function independently. The travel requirement for the role is weekly to destinations throughout the United States.
What you will need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Degree in related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in related field
Sales or Medical Device experience Required

Pediatric clinical background
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Good understanding of troubleshooting techniques with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies.
Good organization and time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills and customer focused skills
Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects.
Moderate knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to supporting business unit’s portfolio in the field.
