ESI is seeking a Program Manager for the delivery and management of IT capabilities to our customer that includes ensuring that IT programs and services are highly available and fiscally responsible. They shall possess the professional and technical staff necessary to
perform the information technology professional services required by this contract and the employees shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including preparing high-level oral and written analytical reports.
• Exhibit professional customer service skills, such as telephone etiquette, face-toface communications with internal and external customers, and similar services
• Effectively use of common office computers and software programs such as, Email, Collaboration tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar software, and maintain certifications.

Qualifications :

• Have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Must hold a Project Management Professional certification
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience supporting technology projects.
• Excellent organizational/administrative skills
