Introduction:

ESI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in HCL BigFix to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BigFix administration, development, and optimization, with a keen eye for performance improvement and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and develop HCL BigFix infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform systems' performance analysis and optimization of HCL BigFix infrastructure and applications.
• Provide recommendations and documentation for performance improvement in line with industry standards and HCL Best Practices.
• Monitor and configure SQL databases and BigFix systems for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with staff to remediate findings from HCL annual health checks and improve annual O&M tasks.
• Plan and execute the integration of BigFix with major applications such as Service Now, Splunk, and Qualys.
• Evaluate and document current O&M processes, assisting with improvement planning and execution across BigFix Lifecycle, Inventory, Compliance, and Insights modules.
• Develop and analyze performance metrics to support changes.
• Provide optimization recommendations for applications, databases, and network bandwidth utilization.
• Assist with automation configuration updates and integration efforts with tools like Ansible, Tableau, Service Now, and other automation products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in BigFix administration and development.
• HCL BigFix Platform 10 Certification.
• Development-level proficiency in scripting for SQL and BigFix REST API.
• Proven experience in systems performance analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with IRS applications and integration efforts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
