The Manager, Finance plays a pivotal role in the FP&A team, overseeing the financial operations of ETS at a corporate level. This includes managing financial cycles such as three-year, annual, and quarterly plans/forecasts, and providing high-level financial insights through reports and presentations for leadership and board members. The role involves coordinating with various corporate units and functions to define performance metrics and facilitate strategic decision-making. The position reports to the Executive Director of Finance and is responsible for managing or overseeing staff (potentially including US analyst(s) as well as offshore EAS support.)

• Plan/Forecast Cycles Management: Work collaboratively with various teams to oversee strategy, budget, forecast, and close cycles. This ensures detailed alignment at every stage, fostering clarity and accountability across the organization.
• Leadership Presentations and Board Packages: Effectively communicate business performance at a high level, while understanding and emphasizing key drivers across different businesses and functions.
• Decision-Making Support: Provide high-level financial insights and conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify key issues or business trends. This supports informed decision-making at the company level and across various businesses as required.
• Collaboration with Financial Transformation & Systems Teams: Assist in delivering improved solutions for reporting and analysis across all levels and parts of the organization.
• Investment Governance Support: Provide analytical support to facilitate objective, ROI-based allocation of limited investment resources among competing priorities.
• Manage and develop finance staff
• Develop, maintain and oversee new initiatives that add to the accomplishment of business goals
• Act as liaison to Business & Function Finance, Accounting, Tax and Treasury
• Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred
• 5 more years of progressively responsible financial experience
• Prior experience analyzing financial data for a mid to large size organization and preparing reports for management required
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting and or finance in positions of increasing responsibility
• Proficiency with managerial reporting is critical
• Strong analytical, management and planning skillset
