The duties include being a point of contact for all IT relatedquestions at the user level responding to user needs in a timelymanner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems among otherduties.
Work can also occasionally include installation of networkand camera cabling installing wired / wireless networks securitycamera systems phone systems and door accesssystems.
You are to listen to their technical needs understand theirproblems and implement solutions forthem.
Responsibilities :
Providingsupport to users and being the first point of contact for problemresolution.
Troubleshootinghardware software and networkissues.
Installingand configuring hardware and softwarecomponents.
Repairingor replacing damaged computerhardware.
Establishinggood relationships with all clients andcolleagues.
Managingtechnicaldocumentation.
Keepingaccurate and detailed descriptions of services performed while on aservicecall.
Assisting withinstallation of Ethernet and Coaxial cabling as well as variousnetwork or securitysystems.
