You can earn an hour wage of $14/hr. ($15/hr. if you work 25 hours per week) and up to $5,250 each year with our tax-free tuition assistance paid directly to your college or university. That means you can potentially earn up to $19/per hour!

What Will You Be Doing?
You will be working as an Outbound Phone Transfer agent taking roughly 40 calls per hour. On these calls, you will be attempting to get in contact with and to encourage Discover Card holders to speak with another member of the Financial Services team in order to resolve their past due card balance. You would not be taking payments yourself - your main responsibility would be to update contact information, review scripted disclosures, and transfer card holders to an account specialist who would handle the account further.
