ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Marketplace Specialist to support our premier ecommerce client’s digital merchandising activities across third party ecommerce platforms. The Marketplace Specialist assists with core functions in operating, maintaining and growing an e-commerce marketplace, including reporting, seller onboarding, brand and product additions, and troubleshooting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

SELLER SUPPORT

• dentify new partners for the marketplace initiative based on internet research
• Help manage our marketplace platform (Mirakl) for resolving errors, accepting items, product upload errors, and monitoring late shipments
• Act as the gatekeeper for potential products to be sold on the company’s website
• Monitor partner compliance and raise awareness of issues

INTERNAL SUPPORT

• Work with internal teams to setup approved products for sale on the company’s website
• Assist with the return process for marketplace orders
• Create and distribute reports recapping business and highlighting performance
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute improvements to grow and improve user experience

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Experience in digital, merchandising, or other relevant experience
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Problem solver with an analytical approach Great interpersonal skills

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced in e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay
