Huntington Learning Center in Arlington Heights is currently looking for Part-Time Tutors to teach ACT & SAT Prep! With over 40 years of experience, Huntington is an accredited learning center offering a range of tutoring and test prep services. Teaching for Huntington is an excellent way to satisfy an interest in teaching, even if you have pursued a career outside of education or are currently in a classroom.

Math/Science ACT Tutor Job Responsibilities:

Implementing curriculum
Communicating student needs with full-time staff
Diligent record keeping of student progress
Creating a positive, supportive and interactive environment for the students

Math/Science ACT Tutor applicants must possess the following qualities:

Strong math and science skills
Professional and able to communicate clearly
Responsible and dependable
Enthusiastic and flexible
Open to working with students of various ages and levels
Ability to work with students in a 1 to 1 setting
