The program will run from June 13 - August 02, 2024, (Programming will not run on June 19 and July 3 - 4, 2024).

Other Skills and Abilities: Must have previous experience working with middle or high school students. Ability to think innovatively and incorporate feedback into the development process. Ability to process and communicate information at both a macro and micro level. Some evenings and weekends will be required. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) is a plus. Must be high energy, adaptable, and flourish in a team environment.
Other Qualifications: Although the employee will be assigned to a specific school site location, if EduCare’s needs change, the employee may be re-assigned to another school site location. Must be willing and able to travel to multiple locations throughout the Los Angeles area for trainings, meetings, etc. on an as needed basis. Must successfully complete the Live Scan background check prior to beginning employment. Must present proof of negative Tuberculosis skin test (Mantoux) dated within 60 days prior to the hire date before beginning employment. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Must complete CPR/First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment. Completion of other required trainings (i.e., worker’s compensation, training against harassment, etc.) when assigned.
