EDS Service Solutions is looking for friendly, smiling faces with good communication skills to work as Car Return Agents at our RDU Car Rental location.

Shifts Available : 12 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm

Pay : $17.00 hourly / Weekly pay!

Duties And Responsibilities

• Upon vehicle return, conduct vehicle inspection for damage, fuel level, and lost and found items, as well as a review of the bill and obtain customer signature
• Reviews vehicles for damage upon return, filling out the required claims paperwork (accident / incident report) in a timely and accurate manner when necessary
• Answers customer questions while providing directions when requested
• Secure all vehicle keys
• May be required to assist customers with luggage out of the vehicle
• May be required to move vehicles
• May have to assist as a Gate Keeper for safe Rental Return
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills required
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

Requirements :

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Clean Driving Record in the past 3 years.
• Customer Service Experience
• Weekend Availability
