Job summary:
The Warehouse Lead performs all functions necessary to ensure the accurate receiving of inventory, and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
May lead a small team.
Responsibilities:
Receive, load & unload truck/containers, put away, consolidate, stack product and material accurately in coolers. Able to pick, process, pack and ship orders.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a frequent basis.
Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to detail is required.
Strong work ethic with willingness to learn.
Cooperative and productive team member.
Forklift experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Warehouse work experience a plus.
Valid Driver's License, provide own commuting transportation.
Ability to multitask.
Must be able to give and implement clear verbal instructions and guidance.
