EDKO is Hiring a Spray Technician Near Charlottesville, VA
Position Summary: Edko, LLC is seeking candidates with experience in vegetation management or a related field. Sprayhands are expected to aid our Operators in performing herbicide applications along electric distribution lines, right-of-ways and roadsides.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in inclement weather Ability to interpret and follow maps Valid Driver License is required The ability to work independently for long hours and possible out of town with extended overnight travel depending on where the work is. Vegetation management experience, tree knowledge and ID skills a Plus
Information: Temporary Full time positions that could become permanent Edko, LLC offers competitive wages and excellent benefits Company Vehicle/Gas Card supplied for work related/commuting purposes Meals and lodging are covered by company while traveling out of town Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
