Schedule is 8 Hours/day - 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM$25.82 - $28.27/hour

This position will remain open until the position is filled. Tumwater School District reserves the right to make a hiring decision at any time after the initial screening after 4 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate preferred with demonstrated reading, writing and math skills acceptable to the District. Low Pressure Boiler License and Building Operator Certification required, if applicable. State/FBI background clearance required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the general supervision of the Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds and the building administrator: maintain buildings in a clean, warm, attractive and functional order; conducting minor maintenance tasks; operating and caring for all tools and equipment used in the care of facilities; establish and maintain effective relationships with school staff, students and community groups; specifically.
Constantly – 67-100%
Occasionally – 6-33%
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Rarely – 1-5%
ANNUAL DUTIESNote: Annual duties take place during breaks and summer time and tasks times can vary from occasionally to constantly for extended periods of time.
