Counter Manager - Plant Only

Reports To: General Manager

As our Counter Manager is the face of our business and brand, we are seeking individuals that enjoy working with people and as a team to represent Tide Dry Cleaners in the ideal manner and provide an enjoyable customer experience for our customers.

General Description

• Provide best-in-class customer service to our dry cleaning and laundry pick up and drop off customers.
• Create a delightful in-store experience.
• Tag the garments & pay close attention to details.

• Oversee and manage the daily store production while ensuring the quality standards of Tide Dry Cleaners are met.
• Train employees in all aspects of running a counter store.
• Qualify to open and close the store and perform the necessary daily paperwork.
• Create a staffing schedule for your store employees.
• Be able to function in a fast-paced environment with a high level of detail while standing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize numbers and perform basic math skills.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have a friendly personality.
• Minimum 3 months experience as a Guest Service Representative

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time (30-40 hours weekly)
• Overtime if necessary
