In this job, you’ll be in the Company’s Human Resources Contact Center, and will act as a key resource / subject matter expert to HR’s client base and department management in a centralized internal contact center on specific program(s) and other assigned areas of responsibility requiring analysis and decision making.

Provide professional consultation and accurate information to all levels of employees, management, officers, employment candidates, retirees, and external contacts on a full range of Human Resource programs, products, services, practices, and policies, including, benefit plans (time off, disability, etc.

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
