Independent Living Manager
Location: Edison Christian Independent Living
Status: 24-32 hours (flexible)
Job Duties:
- Ensures that all residents are treated with dignity and respect
- Facilitates resident tours, admissions and discharges
- Coordinates care needs by referring to internal and external services
- Supervises ECIL employees including scheduling and assisting with hiring, training, disciplining, terminating, and conducting performance evaluations
