We are looking to fill 3 Temporary Delivery Driver Positions for Mother's Day Weekend. Ideally a candidate can work Saturday and Sunday May 11th and May 12th. There could be demand for additional hours on Friday May 10th and Monday May 13th!

Delivery routes can/will include the following cities: Hillsborough, Bridgewater, Bedminster, Belle Mead, Princeton, Ringoes, Rocky Hill, Skillman, Bound Brook, Flagtown, Flemington, Lebanon, Manville, Martinsville, Middlesex, Piscataway, Raritan, Somerset, Somerville, Whitehouse Station, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Hopewell, South Bound Brook

Drivers will report to the store in Hillsborough, Load a route into their own vehicle. We have a delivery app that will need to be downloaded onto your cell phone. The app will optimize the route for your deliveries, we make every attempt to successfully delivery the order, the delivery is logged into the app and the driver goes to the next delivery.

Drivers must have a safe vehicle to deliver in. Drivers are expected to be at the store between 8 and 9am. Days could be long due to the demand of the business.
Duties:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading cargo
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to operate a refrigerated trailer or box truck is desirable
- Proficiency in driving vehicles with manual transmission is an asset
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
