Edible Arrangements is searching for our next up and coming community leader in Webster, TX! Massive growth the last several years has us searching for the best leaders to bring on board, train and develop. We are looking for solution minded individuals that are looking to make a mark both in the store and in the community through our products. This position will oversee production and day-to-day operations at the store level, while being responsible for your team and the overall success of your territory.

Manage the Business

  • Monitor and analyze performance against the key performance indexes
  • Track your start in the Weekly Metrics (Avg Order $, Weekly Sale, Cost Per Order Container, Cost per Order Fruit, .9 Ratio)
  • Manage perishable and non-perishable inventory
  • Effectively order fruit, Weekly Shopping suggestions added to cart, communicate with back office on bad fruit / broken containers for refunds

Operations

  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and integrity by consistently adhering to company’s policies and procedures, serving as an example of effective leadership.
  • Lead the execution of exceptional operational practices while striving to exceed sales and service goals and objectives
  • Opening / Close Checklists
  • Contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the store, including proper cash handling procedures, following all food and safety procedures and compliance with all policies
  • Monthly QAR Score of 90 or better
  • Health Dept Score 90 or better
  • All Employee Food Handler Certificates Printed, Up to Date in stored in a binder as well as printed and posted on Walk-In Cooler
  • Health Department Manager Certificate up to date and posted
  • Ensures store has adequate shift coverage all times, while adhering to scheduling and labor guidelines
  • All Employees will have a schedule for at least 2 weeks at a time

Manage your Team

  • Effectively lead a team to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals with our “always on” approach
  • Recruit, hire, lead and develop team members; Create a culture of energy, enthusiasm, achievement, professionalism and fun to retain staff and keep them engaged
  • Actively interview and submit candidates for hire based on agreed upon store needs
  • Actively encourage referrals - track and maintain referrals for each employee and submit to accounting monthly
  • Provide training, coaching and development for team members to lead them in overall sales achievement while providing an outstanding customer experience and maintaining profitability goals
  • Clearly and concisely communicate current performance levels and expectations to team members
  • Monthly 1-On-1 Conversations with a member of the leadership team with each employee on your team (11 meetings with 1 being annal review)
  • Effectively communicate changes in business to team members
  • Monthly Staff Meeting with all employees present (after hours)

Customer Service, Marketing & Selling

  • Utilize strong decision-making skills to successfully solve customer issues
  • 4 Stars on Google & FB
  • Zero Guest Connections at 5pm each day
  • Ensure local community involvement to establish Edible in your market, support community initiatives and develop awareness of Edible products
  • Monthly Donation to a local charity or event of your choice (must be delivered by you and photos submitted)
  • Possess strong knowledge of Edible® product line and brand standards
  • Identify key processes improvements to support revenue growth and exceptional customer experience
  • Execute FREE Sample Days, Booths for Holidays, Local Trade Partnerships to promote other businesses or gain marketing spend $ locally)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years leadership experience required
  • High School degree required
  • Minimum 2-4 years retail management experience preferred, but not required
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have proven ability to motivate employees to meet goals
  • Strong team-building, performance management and leadership skills with ability to mentor others
  • Desire to achieve and exceed sales, service and profitability goals
  • Consistently demonstrates high energy and passion in a sales environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with our locally owned team
  • Valid State Driver’s License and a clean driving record

Pay: $38,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
