The impact you will have: 

As a Director, Franchise Operations Manager at Edible, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our franchise partners within your designated region. You will be responsible forestablishing strong and effective relationships with Franchise Partners, serving as the primary communication link between them and the Edible Brandshome office team. 

Your expertise in operational excellence, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership will drive financial and operational results while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience.

Location:This position will require 50% field travel, and when not traveling will work onsite at our home office in Sandy Springs, GA

What that looks like day to day:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire direct, and in-direct high-performing regional team, including managers and supervisors across various operational functions fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a liaison between headquarters and regional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals and initiatives. Advising executives on regional trends, challenges and providing recommendations 
  • Establish clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and development to maximize team potential.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth within the region.
  • Serve as a trusted business advisor to franchisees, engaging in tough conversations and managing resistance collaboratively to achieve mutual goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive impactful changes.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all locations.
  • Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of regional operations and drive initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Implement best practices and operational efficiencies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and other key stakeholders within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards within the region.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.
  • Organize and conduct regular business review meetings with franchisees, providing a platform for open dialogue, feedback, and alignment on strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in franchise operations, regional management, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience leading & influencing a direct, and in-direct high performing team 
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets, operational excellence, and driving results in a franchise or multi-unit environment.
  • Experience analyzing P&L statements, identifying areas of financial opportunity, and providing strategic guidance to enhance profitability and overall business success.
  • Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • No matter the audience, you can speak and write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles and can get messages across that have the desired effect. Having the ability to convey information to others so that messages are understood, and outcomes delivered
