Purpose & Impact:

As an experienced DevOps engineer with 3-5 years under your belt, you will be Familiar with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Azure cloud, and a passion for automation. You will be in instrumental in PaaS and IaaS deployments, pipeline automation, architecture documentation, and implement automation with code releases working closely with the platform teams to ensure quick development cycles and robust architecture.

Location Requirements:This position may be based in New York City OR based out of our home office in Sandy Springs, GA. In both locations, you will work onsite in our offices, with work from home flexibility on Fridays.

What that looks like day to day:

• Implement and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD processes, ensuring rapid and reliable code deployments.
• Work closely with development teams to optimize application deployment strategies, ensuring seamless integrations across environments.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates, promoting consistency and scalability.
• Ensure infrastructure and applications are secure, scalable, and highly available, conducting regular reviews and updates to meet changing demands.
• Document architecture designs and decisions for better team understanding, ensuring that documentation is always current and accessible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and resolve deployment issues, facilitating a culture of continuous improvement.
• Constantly evaluate new Azure features and services and provide recommendations for implementation, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Proactively monitor system performance and capacity planning with tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Required Experience:

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with pipeline automation and CI/CD processes.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep templates.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills using languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and infrastructure issues.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role, with a focus on automation and cloud platforms.
• Microsoft Azure certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
