Job Overview:
We are seeking an Evening Fruit Prep to join our team for a seasonal position from 5/7 to 5/11. As an Evening Fruit Prep, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of fruit-based dishes and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

5pm start time. End time varies depending on volume. The first couple nights the shifts should end around 9pm, the remaining shifts will be closer to midnight/1am. Must work all shifts!

Duties:
- Prepare fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting them according to specific recipes and menu requirements
- Follow established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of fruits and related ingredients

Skills:
- Proficient in using knives and other culinary tools for fruit preparation
- experience in the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training is preferred
