We are currently looking for a Store Manager at Edible Schererville (Store #488). We are looking for courteous, dependable, fun-loving folks that would be great additions to our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment compliant to local Food Safety Standards.
Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Championing inventory system and ordering products
Leading local direct marketing efforts.
Decision making and managing based on Profit and Loss data.
Job Requirements:
